We are delighted to welcome 16 motivated and talented young people to the SCHELLING Group again this year. At the beginning of August, they officially embarked on a new and exciting chapter in their lives: vocational training.
As a traditional Swiss family business, we consider training our own young talent to be one of our most important and rewarding tasks. At a time when qualified specialists are in high demand, this commitment is a clear statement of our belief in the future of our industry and Switzerland as a place of work.
The 16 new recruits strengthen our team at various locations in Switzerland and will be trained in the many different apprenticeship professions offered by our company. This brings the total number of apprentices at the SCHELLING Group to around 60.
Our new young colleagues can look forward to a varied apprenticeship during which they will learn all about the ‘fascination of packaging’ from the ground up. They will be accompanied by experienced vocational trainers, gain in-depth insights into all departments and have the opportunity to demonstrate their talent in exciting projects. We wish all our new apprentices a fantastic start, lots of enjoyment at work and a successful training period! We are delighted to have you as part of our team.
