1876	Langenbach AG was founded at Lenzburg (1993 Relocation to the new building at Schafisheim)
1896	Huber + Anacker AG was founded at Aarau (2004 Merger with Trüb-Sauerländer AG and Wassermann AG to form REGIA Highpack AG, relocation to the new building at Oensingen)
1918	Lande AG was founded in Zurich (1967 Relocation to the new building at Rupperswil)
1994	Sales branch of Langenbach GmbH was established at Hanau
2001	Langenbach AG was taken over by Lande AG
2008	Regia HighPack AG was taken over by Lande AG

In 2009, these companies with their lengthy traditions and established market positions came together to form SCHELLING AG, with its headquarters in Rupperswil and branches in Schafisheim und Oensingen. The sales branch in Hanau took the new trading name of SCHELLING GmbH.
